Exchange, Returns, Hygiene

Part of the general terms and conditions:

All items from our shop, except for bottoms, Swimwear and discounted items, can be returned to us within a 14-day period. The condition is that the goods are in perfect condition and that no identical items are returned (same product in the same color and size). Therefore, multiple copies of the same item should only be ordered if the correct size has already been evaluated (e.g., with an initial order of the item in two to three different sizes). The goods must be returned in the original packaging with the order or invoice number and/or a copy of the delivery note and the reason for the return. The customer is responsible for the return shipping, and the postage for the return is at the customer's expense.

We charge a 15% restocking fee. Underwear-Bottoms and swim trunks cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons. This is the only way we can guarantee that all Bottoms we deliver are brand new and have never been worn before.

After prior telephone consultation, we can also grant a right of return on Bottoms. However, we would like to verbally inform you of our fitting conditions.

Items already discounted in our shop cannot be returned.
