Comments and Reviews
When visitors write comments, reviews or reviews in the web shop, we collect the data that is collected and displayed via the relevant form, as well as the visitor's IP address and the user agent string (this is used to identify the browser) to help spam detection.
An anonymized character string (also known as a hash) can be created from your email address and passed to the Gravatar service to check whether you are using it. The privacy policy of the Gravatar service can be found here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After your comment is approved, your profile picture will be publicly visible in the context of your comment.
Media
If you are a registered user (shop user with login) and upload photos to our web shop (e.g. for a product review), you should avoid uploading photos with an EXIF GPS location. Visitors to this web shop could download photos stored on this platform and extract their location information.
Cookies
If you write a comment, review or review on our web shop, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. This is a convenience feature so that when you write another post you don't have to re-enter all of this information. These cookies are stored for at least one year.
If you have an account and log in to the web shop, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.
When you log in, we will set up some cookies to remember your login information and viewing options. We do not store login cookies permanently and cookies for the display options expire after a year at the earliest.
Embedded Content from Other Websites
Articles on this web shop may contain embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves exactly as if the visitor had visited the other website.

If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
How Long We Store Your Data
If you write a contribution (comment, review, etc.), it will be stored indefinitely, including metadata. This way we can automatically recognize and approve follow-up comments instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users who register for our web shop, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profiles. All users can view, change or delete their personal information at any time (the username cannot be changed). Shop administrators can also view and change this information.
What Rights You Have to Your Data
If you have an account on this web shop or have written articles, you can request an export of your personal data from us, including all data that you have shared with us. In addition, you can request the deletion of all personal data that we have stored about you. This does not include data that we are required to keep for administrative, legal or security reasons.
