Exchange, Return, Hygiene

All items from our shop, except for bottoms, Swimwear and discounted pieces, can be returned to us within a 14-day period from the delivery date. The condition is that the goods are in perfect condition and that no identical items are returned (same product in the same color and size). Therefore, multiple copies of the same item should only be ordered if the correct size has already been evaluated (e.g., with an initial order of the item in two to three different sizes). For the return, please use our return portal. The items you wish to return must be in new condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the return shipping and the postage for the return is at your expense.

We charge a return fee of 20% or an exchange fee of 15%. We waive this fee if you accept a credit as a gift card, discount code, or as shop credit (redeemable directly in Checkout with a next order). Lingerie-Bottoms and swimwear cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons. This is the only way we can guarantee that all Bottoms delivered by us are factory new and have never been worn before.

After prior telephone consultation, we can also grant a return right on Bottoms or provide other exceptions. However, we would like to verbally draw your attention to our fitting conditions.

Items already reduced in price in our shop cannot be returned.
