Shipping costs and Delivery
Shipping is done in appropriate packaging with Swiss letter or parcel post. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, benefits and risks are transferred from the sender to the buyer upon dispatch of the goods.

As soon as your package is handed over to the post office, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. This contains a link to the tracking number with which you can track the shipping status of your delivery online. Please note that the tracking number only becomes active through the recording and updating by the post office. Note: It may take several hours for the status to be visible on the link.
Delivery outside Switzerland / Any additional costs in the recipient country (including EU):
When shipping to other countries (except Liechtenstein), the sales price is reduced by 8.1% Swiss VAT; the credit card will be charged on the day of delivery – or at the latest 7 days after the order is placed.
We would like to point out that additional charges such as customs, taxes, and fees (VAT) may apply in the recipient country. We have no control over these costs, and they are not billed by us and therefore paid directly by the customer. Our customers must comply with the import regulations in their country.
Partial Delivery
We are entitled to make partial deliveries. In the case of partial deliveries, the Shipping costs will only be charged once.
Delivery Date
The delivery times can be found on the product page of the respective item and range from 1-8 days depending on the product and stock status. Delivery in Switzerland takes place within a maximum of eight working days. If there are longer delivery times, we will inform our customers immediately. They then have the option to withdraw from the contract in writing within 10 days.
Refusal of Acceptance
In the case of unjustified refusal to accept the goods we deliver, we will charge the costs incurred. Our right to fulfill the purchase contract remains unaffected.
