Whenever you benefit from one of our cashback promotions, you receive credit in your Account balance (Store Credit) and can easily pay with it on another order.
There are no points, no conversions, and no point conversions to Swiss francs. Real money is credited to you during a cashback promotion. On your next order, the amount available to you will be displayed directly in Checkout and you can pay super easily with it.

Of course, you can benefit from the promotions without registration. However, if you want to check your balance, please log in.
You no longer need a password for this. Signing in has never been so easy with us.
For each cashback item, it is clearly stated how much credit it generates and how long it is valid, or can be redeemed in the Checkout.
You are rewarded for your loyalty to us.
The credit generated by your order will also be displayed in the shopping cart.
In the Sliding Cart and also on the shopping cart detail page.
On your first purchase that generates cashback credit, you naturally do not have any credit that you can use for payment.
The Checkout therefore looks as usual.
If you are logged in, your cashback balance will always be displayed now.
With a click on "Check expiration date" you will be taken to your Account (black button at the top right).
See the balance available to you at the bottom left, which you can use for your next order.
If you want to know exactly, especially if you want to see the expiration date of your credit, click on "Cashback Credit".
Click on "Store Credit" under "Payment Methods".
A window will then be displayed where you can see your balance and the latest transactions/events.
Click on "Show" in the top right corner if you want to know which events are upcoming – and this includes the expiration date of the balance.
In this new window, you will also see future events.
In this example, the balance of CHF 5.33 expires on October 17, 2025, in the afternoon at 3:40 PM.
But the very best comes now! With your next order, you can use your store credit to pay for your order or part of it:
