Measure chest and hip circumference or look for your clothing size and find the appropriate size in the left column. The silk sportswear is pleasantly elastic without any addition of synthetic fibers and should be as close-fitting as possible to ensure the function of moisture absorption. An M is a small M – so rather an S and thus nicely fitting on the skin – and optimally functional. However, if you prefer it not so tight, we recommend choosing one size larger – so in this example an L. After washing (hang to dry), the rib material contracts again and is ready for the next use.
