Two measurements are crucial for the perfect bra size: the underbust measurement and the bust measurement. To determine these measurements, you only need a measuring tape and an unpadded bra.

- Ensure that the measuring tape is neither too tight nor too loose.

Determine Underbust Measurement
To determine the underbust measurement, place the measuring tape directly below the bust and under the or under the underbust band.
Determine Bust Measurement
To determine your bust measurement, place the tape measure at the level of the nipple or at the fullest part of the bust.
Cup Sizes
When it comes to bra sizes, it's important to know that a cup has no defined size. The cup size is always relative to the underbust width. So if you choose the underbust band one size smaller, the cup must be chosen one size larger.
It is therefore important to know the cross sizes and understand how to move to the next larger or smaller bra size if the desired bra does not fit properly yet.
Basically, there are four different possibilities:
Underbust Band Doesn't Fit, Cup Doesn't Fit.
If you want to change both sizes at the same time, then only change the underbust size and keep the cup size. It changes automatically with the new underbust width.
Underbust band fits, cup does not.
In this case, you only need to choose a different cup size until you find the size that perfectly encloses your breast. The underbust band remains the same.
Underbust band doesn't fit, cup fits.
In this case, you need to choose both the underbust size and the cup size differently. If you keep the cup size the same, it would also change.
The underbust band and cups fit.
No changes are necessary. Voilà, you have found the right bra size for you!
