Breasts spill over the cup from the sides and front
The cups of a bra should lie flat against the ribs without cutting in. The breast should completely fill the cup without protruding at the sides. If the digs between the breasts or into the breast tissue, a larger cup size should be selected while keeping the underbust band the same.
Gap between Bra Cup and Breast
If the cup is wrinkling or not filled, it is too large. If this problem occurs with many bras, it can also be attributed to asymmetrical or bell-shaped breasts. Try tightening the straps or, as a second step, reducing the cup size.

Center panel should lie against the sternum
The front center of the bra between the breasts is called the center panel. This should lie flat against the body. If there is a gap between the center panel and the chest or if the center panel sits too high, these can be signs of a cup chosen too small. The underbust measurement should be maintained, and the cup should be adjusted to a larger size.
The Underbust Band Should Sit Firmly
The underbust band significantly contributes to the perfect support effect of a bra. Therefore, it is important that it sits firmly and parallel to the ground. If the underbust band is pulled up at the back, the band is too loose. It should be adjusted accordingly. This will then increase the required cup size.
Straps should not dig in
The main part of the weight should not be on the straps, but on the appropriate underbust band. If the straps dig in, a smaller underbust circumference should be chosen and at the same time the cup size should be adjusted by one size.
Straps should provide support
If the straps slip off the shoulders despite proper adjustment, the underbust band may be too tight. In this case, a larger underbust circumference and a smaller cup size should be chosen. Additionally, the adjustment of the straps should be checked after each wash.
